Nice view but are you sure they're not rabbits? Then again, I'm not sure rabbits mob.

Interesting neighbours you have.

Hi Susan
You would be interested to know Australia does a census of Kangaroo populations which have reached plague proportions. There are far more Kangaroos than people. They live in mobs and will generally skip away en masse if you approach so the pictures were taken from some distance away. Even so you don't mess with a kangaroo as occasionally there are attacks from males thinking you might want to steal a female partner. The males can be bigger than humans and pack a mighty kick. Where we live is a designated Green wedge and kangaroo numbers continue to increase.
Best wishes

Hi Sean
They certainly are and their biology is equally fascinating since they are able to survive on far less water and grass than cattle. Generally speaking quite polite and non intrusive unless you get too close and then you might get a warning growl but generally they will hop away.
Best wishes
